"Many believe this is Atlanta's best Chinese restaurant! I'm
not sure about that, but it's definitely one of Atlanta's top five.
It's an awkward one-room restaurant with an open exhibit kitchen
so you can keep an eye on the artists at work. I guess the best
way to describe Uncle Wong's is an upscale cafe in a Chinese kind
of way. The food is of outstanding quality! The dumplings and noodles
are light and silky, the seafood is fresh and succulent and the
soups & sauces are balanced and flavorful.
I really enjoy this newcomer and I firmly believe that Uncle Wong's
is one of Atlanta's best Chinese restaurants. K.C. Wong (Head Chef
& Partner) is the former head chef of David K's, a prestigious
upscale "4 star" restaurant in Manhattan, N.Y. Needless
to say, the Chef's Special part of the menu is tempting, unique,
fairly-priced and highly recommended!
Key Notes:
Top 5 Atlanta Chinese!
Outstanding Quality!
Excellent Service!"
